Which files can we attach with our quotation request?
You can attach BOQs, technical specifications, P&IDs, GA drawings, insulation/refractory thickness schedules, tender documents, and site photos. PDF, XLS/XLSX, DOC/DOCX, JPG/PNG, and ZIP compilations are accepted.
What information helps INSUL INDIA quote accurately?
Include project location, operating temperature range, medium details, equipment/piping list, required standards, access constraints, delivery timeline, and whether the scope is material-only, labor-only, or complete EPC support.
Can we submit multiple documents in one enquiry?
Yes. You may upload multiple files or a single consolidated ZIP. If there are revision sets, label them clearly (Rev-0, Rev-1, etc.) so our team quotes against the latest approved package.
How does follow-up happen after we submit an RFQ?
Our technical-commercial desk reviews your scope, shares clarification points if required, then issues a structured quote with scope assumptions, inclusions/exclusions, and indicative execution timeline. Follow-up is handled by phone and email for traceable closure.
